SHOW INFORMATION

The Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo is a celebration of the capabilities of today’s forces through music and action. This year’s tri-service event has a packed programme of international and British military acts, massed bands, pipes and drums, modern military re-enactments and a fantastic finale.

The Tattoo will tell a story of modern life in each of the services (the Army, the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy) and large screens will show footage from each of the services in action in warzones, taking the audience to the current operational environment. You can also look forward to experiencing a special re-construction of a real-life situation from the Royal Marine Commandos.

This insight into modern military life will be interspersed with the ceremonial acts you will know and love including the Household Cavalry Musical Ride and the Musical Drive of the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery. We are also excited to present some wonderful international acts, details of which will follow very soon. For first hand information, sign up to the Tattoo enewsletter.

In 2010 we also celebrate the 350th Anniversary of the Household Cavalry and the 150th Year of the Cadets.

The Tattoo is a not-for-profit event, with all money raised going to the Royal British Legion. Please see below for details of how to donate.
